Together In Tune
Music Enrichment Program
Our GTF Music Enrichment Program is dedicated to giving underprivileged youth the opportunity to experience music education and develop their artistry through song and musical expression in a fun, non-threatening learning environment. Kids ages 7 to 17 are invited to attend age-appropriate music classes and activities, including instrument lessons, music theory, sing-alongs, songwriting classes, and more with some of L.A.’s top music teachers. Our instrument lessons follow an easy-to-learn approach with a consistent curriculum which includes a workbook, homework, and expected daily/weekly practice on provided musical instruments. We encourage parents to get involved and support their children’s creative efforts!
Highlights include:
- a free guitar for each student – to use and keep!
- group guitar lessons
- coming soon: group lessons in vocals, drums & keyboard/piano

“Together in Tune” is offered at NO CHARGE to students or the venues where these programs take place. Teachers, curriculum, instruments, course materials and supplies are provided by Get Together Foundation. Our relationship with various musical instrument companies and local music stores allows us to receive donated or discounted instruments for the program. Students receive an instrument for them to use throughout the program which is theirs to keep once completing the program. It only takes $250 to introduce a child to music through Together in Tune.
